Having worked as a Business Administrator/Senior Executive Secretary for over 15 years for one of the world’s leading Global organisations, I am exposed to many different markets and interact with senior executives  and their  teams at various institutions from government departments to corporate South Africa and many other global and multinational organizations. I am currently the secretary of Sharing Without Shame.

Although the executives make the final decision in a business, the Business Administrator is the  heartbeat of any business;  the one who keeps the operations of the business turning, while allowing the executives to focus on the strategy.

Keeping up with technological developments is critical to one’s success in today’s world of work. In addition to having acquired the skills I mention above, I have also ensured that I constantly develop my technology skills and have found them invaluable in meeting  the ever changing demands of my role.
I have also actively sought to develop my ‘soft skills’ which are so necessary for effective performance, such as:

Excellent communication skills:

* To have a thorough working knowledge of the company:
* Pro-activeness
* Flexibility

  Assertiveness, positivity, professionalism, loyalty  and unquestionable integrity are cornerstones on which I have built a successful career.
